What happens next
From brief to a quotable specification.
The brief reaches the manufacturing team directly rather than a marketing list. The first reply is normally a set of questions rather than a price, because a quotation that skips the credential question is a guess: until the installed system and the required credential technology are known, the card body and the wristband construction can be specified but the electronics cannot.
Where the system information is not available, that is a normal starting point. A known-working card or wristband from the property is usually the fastest route, and a physical sample can be requested for testing before any run is committed.
Before you send
Two numbers worth checking.
Minimum production is 500 pieces per design, and each visually distinct variant counts as its own design against that minimum. A brief asking for four colours is four production items, not one order in four shades, so it is worth deciding which distinctions genuinely need to be visible without a reader before the quantity is set.
A standard run takes 14 to 21 days after artwork approval. Transit and local import handling are planned separately and on their own timeline, so a target date should be given as the date stock has to be on the property rather than the date production should finish. Do not include access passwords or payment-card details in the notes field; see the privacy notice for how the submission is handled.
