01Are all RFID cards compatible with every hotel lock?+
No. Credential technology, memory, encoding and system rules vary. Compatibility must be confirmed for the installed system.
02Can cards and wristbands use the same credential?+
Sometimes, but not by assumption. Each proposed format must be confirmed against the property system and intended function.
03Do you guarantee environmental claims?+
Claims are limited to current documentation for the exact supplied product. Unsupported certification or disposal language should not be published.
04Can wristbands support payments?+
Only where the property systems are designed and configured for that function. A wristband itself does not create payment capability.
05How is Caribbean delivery planned?+
Production, transit and local import handling are shown separately after the island and receiving point are known.
06Does the enquiry form send data through the website?+
Yes. When you select Send my brief, the website securely sends the submitted fields to [email protected] so the manufacturing team can answer the enquiry. The site does not add the submission to a marketing list.
