CaribbeanRFID manufactures RFID key cards and guest wristbands for hotels, resorts and guest venues, each built to a written specification tied to an installed access system and an island destination.
What we build
A physical object with a documented construction.
The product is a card body or wristband carrying an RFID inlay, finished and printed to an approved specification. Cards run on CR80 stock at 0.76 mm in PVC and non-PVC bodies, with matte, gloss, tactile, engraved and natural surfaces. Wristbands cover silicone, woven, coated and textile constructions in reusable and single-stay formats. Minimum production is 500 pieces per design; a standard run takes 14 to 21 days after artwork approval.
Those numbers matter more than they first appear. Because each visually distinct variant carries its own minimum, most of the value in a specification conversation comes from reducing a requested design count to the one or two that a property will actually consume, and letting numbering or a printed field carry the rest of the separation.
Where our responsibility ends
The reader is not ours.
We manufacture to a credential requirement the property confirms. Encoding permissions, access rules, reader configuration, cancellation and local operating procedure remain with the property and its system owner. A card body does not determine a credential, and a printed tier does not enforce anything at a door.
Stating that boundary plainly is a commercial position, not a disclaimer. It means we will say when a system is closed, proprietary or cannot be confirmed, and we will say so before an order is placed rather than after a run has been produced against an assumption.

Product clarity before catalogue volume.
We work the narrow way round: the property tells us what it already operates, and the product follows from that. The site makes no universal-compatibility promise, publishes no certification it cannot evidence and quotes no delivery time that ignores transit and import handling. Material and environmental wording is limited to what the supplier documentation states for the exact batch produced.
What that means in practice is a written brief covering credential, material, artwork and destination before anything reaches production—and a release record carrying artwork revision, construction, finish, credential type, numbering range and packing structure, so the next run repeats a confirmed specification rather than a memory.
The development and migration record sets out what can be stated about the company today and what still needs supporting documents. The operator identity and business contact are kept in the privacy notice rather than repeated across the customer-facing pages.
