Website data

What happens when you visit or send a brief.

CaribbeanRFID does not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies and does not use browser storage. When you select Send my brief, the website transmits the fields you entered—property or group, destination, product, quantity, system information, work email and notes—to a Cloudflare Pages Function.

To see which pages are actually used, the site counts page views on its own servers: the page address, the referring page, and the country and network operator that Cloudflare reports for the request. This measurement sets no cookie, stores no identifier in your browser and reads nothing from your device, and the figures are not shared with an advertising or analytics vendor. Your IP address is not retained; it is used only to derive a hashed code that changes every day, which groups the pages of a single visit and is unusable the next day. The result identifies a network, never a person.

Cloudflare hosts, protects and processes the form for the site on its global network, then its email binding delivers the enquiry to the verified business inbox used for [email protected]. CaribbeanRFID does not place the submission in a website database or keep a separate application-level form log. Cloudflare may process technical request and delivery information, including IP address, browser details and request timing, under its service terms and policies.

The operator uses the enquiry to respond to your request, clarify product compatibility, prepare specifications or quotations, and take requested steps toward an order. The resulting business correspondence is kept only as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable business or legal record obligations; it is not added to a marketing list through this form.

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing the privacy contact. Do not include access passwords, payment-card data or other sensitive information in the notes field.
