Map products before designing the range

A resort access set begins with a product map covering guest cards, guest wristbands, staff credentials, day access, villas, spa or activity groups and replacements. Each row identifies the physical format, visual purpose, installed system and issue owner. This prevents one attractive family concept from hiding incompatible technical or operational requirements.

Some groups can share a body or artwork structure; others need a different closure, wear life or credential. We coordinate the visible system without forcing every user into one product. The result can feel like one resort family while preserving the separate manufacturing and access controls each format requires.

Build a coherent artwork system

Shared colour, typography, numbering and graphic elements are adapted to the printable or mouldable area of each product. A card can carry detailed instructions that will not fit a wristband face, while a woven mark has different resolution from card print. We establish a hierarchy rather than shrinking one layout indiscriminately.

Every logo, language, colour or tier variation is counted before production. The MOQ of 500 units applies per design, so the artwork matrix must distinguish a meaningful operating variant from an unnecessary cosmetic one. The approved files and physical proofs are then tied to a named product and revision.

Keep credentials separate by format

A coordinated appearance does not mean shared electronics. Each product is confirmed as 125 kHz LF or 13.56 MHz HF/NFC against its installed reader environment. Cards, wristbands and staff credentials may require different data or encoding workflows even when they use related artwork, so every technical row retains its own working reference.

Room access, lockers, staff areas and folio-linked services are assigned to accountable system owners. We manufacture only the supported credential and data requirement. Permissions, cancellation and guest accounts remain within the property systems, preventing the physical product family from being presented as a software or integration solution.

Engineer packing and reorders

The packing plan follows actual issue points. Product type, design, size, colour and variable-data range can be separated and labelled so reception, staff offices or amenities receive the intended units. This is a manufacturing and carton-control decision; destination import and internal distribution remain with the named receiving parties.

The master record stores every approved product revision and the relationships between them. A reorder can repeat one member without reopening the whole family, while a system or artwork change triggers review only where it applies. That structure keeps a growing resort range consistent without allowing an older approval to migrate into the wrong format.

Compatibility boundary

The product body does not determine the credential.

Frequency, memory, encoding and system rules are confirmed separately. If compatibility cannot be established, the order should not proceed as an access credential.

When custom access sets are the wrong direction.

A custom access set is the wrong direction when the resort has not mapped which users, readers and issue points each product serves. It is also wrong to force incompatible systems into one credential or to multiply colours and designs without an operating reason. If individual products cannot pass their own construction and compatibility gates, visual coordination should pause rather than disguise the unresolved specification.
