Product / Wristbands
A softer textile format for guest wear and visual differentiation.
Cotton wristbands can create a softer wearable experience for events, resorts and wellness environments. Fibre content, closure, wear period and any material claims require order-specific verification.

Specification
Four decisions before artwork.
The visible design is approved only after the functional brief is understood.
- 01
Fibre and weave specification
Record the exact proposed construction and supplied documentation.
- 02
Closure and removal method
Define the guest-facing finish without obscuring production limits.
- 03
Wear period and moisture exposure
Confirm how the product will be issued, used and replaced.
- 04
Printed or woven artwork
Keep the agreed requirement in the production and reorder record.
Indicative production parameters
- Credential frequency
- 13.56 MHz (ISO/IEC 14443) or 125 kHz (LF), confirmed against the installed system
- Minimum order
- 500 pieces
- Production
- 14–21 days after artwork approval
These are planning figures for a standard run. The exact construction, credential and schedule are confirmed for the property and installed system before quotation.
Manufacturer detail
How the product is specified and released.
Physical construction, artwork and credential decisions stay connected throughout production.
Verify the fibre statement
Cotton and organic cotton are not interchangeable claims. The quoted product must carry documentation that supports the exact fibre description used for that run. We identify whether evidence applies to the strap alone and keep the closure, thread, decoration, seal and RFID component outside that statement unless they are expressly covered.
Artwork and procurement records use the same qualified wording. A natural appearance does not prove fibre origin, and a cotton strap does not establish a disposal route for the complete electronic wearable. If documentation changes or expires before a reorder, the claim returns to review rather than continuing automatically.
Engineer the soft construction
We specify weave or webbing, width, edge treatment, colour, decoration and the transition into the sealed RFID area. Comfort depends on more than softness: bulky seams, hard attachments or rough edges can become noticeable over a long stay. The completed sample is worn at the intended tension, not assessed as loose fabric.
Sizing and closure affect both fit and transfer. The approved length must cover the guest population without leaving an impractical tail. A fixed one-way closure and an adjustable reusable closure serve different operating rules. The property defines issue, removal and replacement before the finished construction is released.
Test moisture and appearance
The proposed band is exposed to sweat, water, sunscreen, drying and repeated movement for the expected wear period. We inspect moisture retention, edge curl, fraying, colour response, print legibility and the stability of the RFID enclosure. Initial hand feel cannot predict the experience of wearing damp textile across several activities.
Cotton can suit a softer luxury or wellness presentation where immersion is limited and comfort is carefully tested. It may be less appropriate for a pool-led all-day journey. The hotel’s actual use pattern—not the material story—determines whether the product remains presentable and comfortable through checkout.
Prove the electronic assembly
The credential is confirmed independently as 125 kHz LF or 13.56 MHz HF/NFC. We position the sealed component within the approved band and test the worn presentation against the property environment. The textile carrier cannot establish compatibility, and a flat electronic sample cannot approve the final curved wearable.
Any supported access or identification function is recorded with its system owner. The production file joins fibre evidence, construction, closure, artwork, credential and packing while keeping guest permissions outside the manufacturer claim. That record provides the starting point for every reorder and exposes changes that require a new sample.
Compatibility boundary
The product body does not determine the credential.
Frequency, memory, encoding and system rules are confirmed separately. If compatibility cannot be established, the order should not proceed as an access credential.
See the compatibility process ↗Wrong fit
When cotton wristbands are the wrong direction.
Cotton wristbands are the wrong direction where the band remains immersed or wet for much of the stay, rapid drying is essential, or visible textile wear cannot be accepted. They are also wrong when the requested organic claim lacks evidence for the quoted run or is presented as applying to the entire electronic product. A different textile or moulded band may be more honest and durable.
Confirm the product ↗Build the brief
Confirm the product and credential together.
Share the property, destination, product direction and any system information already available. The secure form sends the brief directly to our manufacturing team, with the product, quantity and system notes kept together for review.
