Specify every physical component
The product record identifies bead material, bead dimensions, cord or elastic construction, join method, RFID face shape, edge finish and surface treatment. A bracelet assembled from natural pieces will show controlled variation. We approve the complete object and an acceptable appearance range rather than judging only one selected bead or face.
The face must sit comfortably on the wrist without sharp transitions or excessive bulk. Bead spacing, cord tension and overall circumference are tested across the intended guest range. Where multiple sizes are needed, they are treated as controlled variants with distinct packing labels rather than visually similar products mixed during issue.
Design decoration for natural variation
Print and engraving behave differently across grain and tone. The artwork should remain legible on representative face pieces, with enough clearance from curved edges and attachment points. Very small type and exact low-contrast colours may not survive the natural visual movement of the surface.
A digital proof settles position and wording, while a physical proof reveals contrast, depth, finish and piece-to-piece variation. If a property uses the band as a premium guest object, the accepted sample range should include the lighter, darker and more strongly grained examples likely to appear in normal production.
Set honest exposure limits
Wood, cord and elastic do not respond to pool water, sea water, sunscreen and cleaning in the same way. The proposed assembly is trialled through the actual wear pattern, then checked for swelling, surface change, cord relaxation, bead movement and comfort. A successful dry presentation is not evidence for continuous wet use.
The property should define whether the product is collected, reissued, gifted or discarded after a stay. Reuse requires inspection and a practical cleaning rule that does not damage the surface or elastic structure. The body may suit a spa or premium journey while being unsuitable for a water-led all-inclusive programme.
Validate the RFID face
The installed system determines 125 kHz LF or 13.56 MHz HF/NFC and any supported encoding. We test the credential inside the final face construction and on the wrist, because angle, curvature and surrounding natural materials affect the guest’s presentation gesture. A working flat card does not approve a beaded wearable.
The retained record joins component construction, sizing, natural appearance range, artwork, credential and packing. Production begins from an MOQ of 500 units per design. Reorders are reviewed when elastic, bead source, face build or system requirements change, even if the overall bracelet looks familiar.
Compatibility boundary
The product body does not determine the credential.
Frequency, memory, encoding and system rules are confirmed separately. If compatibility cannot be established, the order should not proceed as an access credential.

When wood-bead wristbands are the wrong direction.
Wood-bead wristbands are the wrong direction for continuous pool or sea exposure unless the exact assembly survives the property trial, or where elastic variation prevents safe and comfortable sizing. They are also wrong when uniform grain and colour are mandatory. A premium natural appearance should not be used to imply durability, material claims or access compatibility that the finished sample has not demonstrated.
